We engaged this company based on a recommendation from a tenant at Era Residence. At first, communication seemed fine, but once the official renovation process began, the nightmare started. The site manager was irresponsible and ignorant, visiting our unit only three times during a three‑month renovation. When amendments were requested, they took ages to respond, often requiring us to beg for action. An unprofessional team was assigned to our unit. Workers were given faulty equipment and forced to use unsuitable tools for hacking, which damaged our exterior wall (attached). Issues that should have been addressed immediately were delayed for five days, despite our repeated requests. The site manager was hardly available for discussion, often claiming he had “tons more work” and could not focus on our unit only. We even asked them to give daily updates on progress, it was ignored.  It takes them 45 days to complete wiring works, plaster ceiling, wardrobe and cabinets installationnfor a 882 square feet unit. Worst of all, he spoke rudely to my father, calling him orang tua over a minor difference in plaster ceiling design compared to the 3D plansomething we had already acknowledged and approved. In addition to the poor site management, the company’s owner, Ryan, failed to take responsibility when confronted. We held a one‑hour discussion to highlight the items we were unhappy with and requested either repair, replacement, or termination of their services. At the end of the conversation, his dismissive response was, “I cannot hear you.” We even provided a documented report outlining the unsatisfactory works for discussion. Instead of reviewing it, he rolled the paper up like rubbish and refused to open it. Is this how a managing director should behave? Following our termination of their services, we have been requesting a refund of RM10,041 for over a week. Ryan has ignored our communications and stated verbally he is willing to go to tribunal rather than address the matter professionally. This level of negligence, disrespect, and poor workmanship is unacceptable. We regret engaging this company and strongly caution others against doing the same.

Engaged Interior Daddy for my renovation project and the experience was great. The team was responsive, professional, and always willing to discuss ideas and improvements. Extremely disappointing experience dealing with this company. Communication has been poor from the beginning, timelines were repeatedly delayed, and updates were rarely provided despite multiple follow-ups. What was most frustrating was the lack of professionalism and accountability throughout the project. Messages and concerns were consistently ignored, including by the Managing Director, Ryan, who never responded to our messages or provided any proper clarification on the ongoing issues we had with out unit renovation process. Workmanship quality was also unsatisfactory, and several requested rectifications were left unresolved. The constant delays, lack of communication, and absence of responsibility made the entire process stressful and exhausting. Would not recommend based on our experience. NEVER EVER CHOSE THIS COMPANY AS YOUR CONTRACTOR FOR ANY WORKS ! THE WORST EVER
